Kyron Horman / Terri Horman / Here we go again (Part 2)

I received an immediate, but succinct response from Anonymous, who I featured and responded to yesterday. I do not want to automatically post his / her comment (for obvious reasons) – so I will quote a slightly redacted version. It was but five words.

“You are a f---ing idiot.”

Anyway, Anonymous, I’m sorry you feel that way. I’m always open to learning something new, but prefer constructive criticism that is not so directly and personally phrased.

  1. It's too easy for anyone to hide behind a computer and post inappropriate and insulting comments.
I seriously doubt that this "Anonymous" person walks around town and insults people they meet face-to-face with comments like "you're a f'ing idiot".

True has welcomed us into his "internet home" and has taken the time to share his thoughts and concerns about the status and the investigative handling of Kyron's case.
Everyone is entitled to their opinions, but, you don't go into someones home a take a crap on their floor just b/c you might not agree.

I certainly appreciate reading True's opinions in regards to Kyron's disappearance and his viewpoints based on his past LE experience.
99% of the reply posts from other readers here have been part of an intelligent and thought provoking conversations.

The internet is a wonderful tool in keeping Kyron's name out there and for sharing ideas and theories.
It's too bad there are a few out there who have nothing to add to an adult conversation and must resort to querulous and petulant name calling.

  2. It is a disgrace that True was subjected to a taste of the ugliness that unfortunately resides within many people.

This case without a doubt has brought the very ugly nasty side of many out. One has only to read the many comments made on threads and/or blog sites to see a side of people that makes you question what lengths they have to go to to keep that side of themselves hidden when interacting with people in every day life.

True, you didn't deserve it and I will say you are a far better person than I'd be if I had received that uncalled for nasty, as I would have posted their IP address for all to read!

  3. True, you are not an effing idiot!

I believe the custody documents filed for Kaine state that TH tried to have him killed and probably did something to hurt Kyron. I would imagine those claims have to be visited by the attorneys at trial. TH is not genius enough to stay out of the corner Kaine's attorneys would construct.

I do acknowledge that my revulsion at TH's complete lack of conscience and overall ickiness may cloud my perception of the facts. But, for someone to hate and curse and troll in light of facts, is really very sad.

  4. True, it's funny how some people with opposing views act like a child instead of showing mutual respect. I am also so very sick and tired of people taking advantage of innocent until proven guilty. I keep seeing more and more stories on the news of people staying silent when there is a life at stake. Just recently a 5 month old girl was taken by her father and he refuses to cooperate.
The restraining order against Terri has been extended until 2012. There haven't been any charges against her, an innocent person would have had their child back long ago. I have been trying to wrap my head around this case and would like to know what you think about the Fred Meyers stores. Terri stated that her daughter was sick and the first store didn't have the medicine, maybe whomever was the drop off person was at the second store and Terri and and her helper had a mix up on which store?
Personally I cannot understand why Desiree or Kaine have not gone to a private eye or Equusearch. I don't have much faith in MCSO either. This whole case has me baffled....Where is Kyron??

  5. Anyone who is willing to write profanity on another person's blog should also be willing to sign their name to their comments. Anything other is cowardly, rude, and uncivil.

  6. Apparently, the anonymity of the keyboard makes some people think common decency doesn't apply.

Profanity is a crutch for linguistic cripples.

  7. Oh my. I've said it before: Ignore the trolls, especially those with limited language skills.

  8. It's a common Terribot tactic. When confronted with logic and reason, they lash out. Sorry you were the target this time, True - you deserve much better than that.
