Kyron Horman Update / January 2012

Regarding Kyron, I feel a little guilty that I haven’t spoken of him lately.  Nothing much is new in the investigation – as far as we know.

The most significant development, in recent months, is that the judge overseeing the divorce and custody proceedings involving Terri Horman, Kaine Horman and their young daughter has extended the ‘restraining order’ against Terri for another year – apparently based on the pending allegations against Terri.  Judges would not take such drastic action against a mother unless the presumptive evidence is considerable.  As we know, this restraining order limits Terri’s contact with her daughter.  For the normal mother, this would be a terrible consequence.

As I understand it, Terri Moulton Horman remains a virtual prisoner in her parents’ home located in Roseburg.  She seems to be biding her time – waiting for what I am not sure.  I guess expecting that all of this will blow over one day soon.

I know some of you are very defensive of Terri.  Some of you defend her based on good and decent hearts.  Some of you seem entirely clueless as to how society works – is supposed to work.  Mothers protect their children – at all costs.  Even to the extent of sacrificing their own lives.  This is nature’s way.  In Terri’s case something does not ring true, and I think it is obvious to most of us.  Terri has been playing this game to almost absurd lengths – the reticent innocent who must defend herself against unfounded and fabricated allegations.  There can be only one reason for that.

If Terri is truly innocent, what information could she possibly furnish to the authorities, about Kyron, that would in anyone’s wildest imagination assist the prosecution in railroading her into a prison cell?  Why would you hire a top-notch and very expensive criminal defense attorney like Steve Houze even before being designated a suspect in the case?  Some will say she is on defense due to the alleged murder-for-hire plot.  Sorry folks, I just can’t buy it.  That case is obviously so weak that law enforcement has chosen not to pursue it – and who knows where the landscaper is these days.

I don’t know how long this will continue.  I don’t know why the Sheriff’s Office is so mute – especially in view of the Sheriff’s glibness early on.

I suppose law enforcement is waiting for Terri to break or die of old age.  Many of us will not live to see the latter.

Do we even know where Terri Horman is these days? Is she still in Roseburg, with her parents, or did she leave town?

True -
I am most intrigued by Statons' early comments...
I don't recall the exact language but it was something like -
'when the case is over you'll be surprised. We've found things that we don't want to know...things we wish we didn't. etc. '
I'll look for it and repost - red flags all around considering he never followed up after letting out such a war-cry.

True -
I found the quote from Staton.
After reading it again I am at a loss.
I think it is safe to say that we wiould not be "SURPRISED" by a murderous step-mom so what exactly WILL surprise us. Most of our gut instincts pointed at Terri Horman and considering that, there is no shock or recoil in finding out she did what is anticipated.
He seems to be telling us there is so much more and possibly way out of the realm of what the media has portrayed.

When asked if people would be shocked to find out what they know, Staton took a long silence.
"I know I'm taking a long pause on that, I have to think through that answer. I think there are things that come out of this investigation that will surprise you, that you'll think about later on when it's over. We have a knowledge of things we don't want to know about ... of things we wish we didn't know," he added.

Thanks so much True for posting about Kyron again. This boy needs as much attention as he can get since the media does not pursue the story - not even investigative reporters are doing anything to bring the public up to date. I too wondered about Stanton. Perhaps it is the things he found out that have now blocked him - perhaps those above him put the stop to any further investigating. Since LE is paid out of taxpayer dollars I feel they have an obligation at this point to be truthful and give out some information and renew a call for tips. And the media I think we all know are not truth seekers for the public but rather puppets of their corporations. So where does that leave us? To keep pushing Kyron's name out there and demand answers.

Any thoughts on the above comments by Staton??
We'd all love to hear your interpretation of his language.

True, you state "... has extended the ‘restraining order’ against Terri for another year – apparently based on the pending allegations against Terri." I for one was not surprised the restraining order was extended. Let's face it, she has not as yet been cleared as not involved in Kyron's disappearance and as yet not been charged. So it is in limbo - is she or isn't she involved. As long as that cloud is over her head, I would not expect a judge to take a chance and lift that restraining order.

You said "Why would you hire a top-notch and very expensive criminal defense attorney like Steve Houze even before being designated a suspect in the case?" May I point out to you, Mr. Houze was not hired FOR her (not her herself seeking him out) until the wonder boys in all their ineptness tried that Sting on her re the MFH. She DID NOT hire an attorney when it was obvious to anyone who could read the newspapers or watch press conferences that the wonder boys in all their ineptness tunnel visioned on her within 3 weeks of Kyron being missing. They talked with her several times at great lengths and she obviously was standing firm she was not involved in Kyron's disappearance and she did not hire an attorney to protect her Rights. Whether it was DeDe or her parents who contacted Mr. Houze once the MFP failed Sting occurred, it would have been obvious to anyone they were after her and hence why they tried to get her on a MFH PLot. There was and is no doubt in my mind that they were hoping to use that Plot as leverage to try to get her to say she was involved. Come on, True, you have been in law enforcement, you know as well as I do how down and dirty LE can get to try to force an 'innocent person' to admit to a crime they are convinced that person was involved in. If they could get her to admit to a MFP Plot then that admission could be turned and used against her to show she is capable of wanting to take someone's life! Thus, she cannot defend herself and make any statements re that MFH Plot as if such a conversation did take place that could very well 'damn' her and the wonder boys in all their ineptness would run with that to use it against her re Kyron's disappearance.

I have said from the beginning and I stand firm those wonder boys could not find their way out of a paper bag and they have screwed this investigation up royally from the beginning. Further, at no time were they objective in this case - they were totally subjective. I firmly believe they were lead and influenced by the Deiree's deep seeded anger towards TH for her involvement with Kaine and I further believe Desiree's husband had a lot to do with their going after TH from what he perceived - right or wrong - as a policeman as to potential involvement by TH. Yet, one must not forget he was also subjective - he was Kyron's step-father.

It will not only surprise me it will shock me if this case is ever solved. The wonder boys wasted too many valuable months totally focused on TH; they made some serious mistakes also in not having the school retain phone records; they waited too long until March 2011 to call the FBI experts in to check out cell phone towers records, that the MCSO were incapable of doing from the beginning. The wonder boys used the bio-parents to try to solve this case to shame TH into admitting involvement in Kyron's disappearance! If they had evidence of any kind for even a circumstantial case she would have been charged by now.

I read that also. It's going on 2 years already. My heart goes out to the family. So why the comment and what do they know? This has puzzled me. The courts are waiting for WHAT? And the high Priced lawyer. Something is amiss.

It almost sounds like the jon benoit Ramsey case. Too much Stuff was messed up. I pray every day for this family. I have a grand daughter the same age. It hurts to know that someone could even harm a child. Life sucks sometimes. Prayers to the Horman family. God be with them all.

Of coarse that's Terri or her parents...lol, it's obvious Terri is guilty. LE is going to arrest you Terri. They know Kyron is dead. They have to wait a certain amount of time before the parents can go to court and have him declared deceased and them you WILL be arrested. Tick tock ..tick tock

Yeah, Ter Ter is going to go to jail, tick, tock is right!

Thanks True for posting again about sweet Kyron. There are so many of us that have not forgotten him or this horrid case. I live on the east coast and keep a folded prayer note that I personally wrote early on. I had found by chance, a green tree frog letter holder that I have placed the note in. It is interesting that many have remembered those strange words by Stanton. Those words also haunt me as to what he meant, but I shudder at the thought, concerning Kyron. Keep up your posts, to just vanish without a trace is the worst, especially a child. I am praying that there still will be a big break in this case...it is not impossible.

Anonymous said...

Staton and crew disgust me. Bunglers all of them. The public who pays them should demand to know what they have done on this case. I cannot believe that this is how law enforcement professionals go about their business...making dramatic statements that fall flat, using the bio parents to build the drama, bungling a silly sting operation and losing control of the entire case. We haven't heard from them because they are embarrassed...they cannot update us without it showing how foolish they have been. I guess you have to pass a stupid test to be a cop up there.

Anonymous said...

The public isn't stupid and knows what's coming. Remember "Small Sacrifices," they had the body a live witness, all kinds of evidence and it took awhile for the arrest. This case is right on schedule, tick tock tick tock....

Anonymous said...

... as Abraham Lincoln said:

"Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt.”

Anonymous said...

Excuse me, you say this case is right on schedule?

Gates said in June 2010 the case would be solved within a month. It is now January 31, 2012 ...

Anonymous said...

Are you as stupid as your posts make you appear? Houze was hired because of the failed MFH sting attempt not because of Kyron. It was clear at the MFH sting they were framing her so why wouldn't she want the best legal defense / council available?

The restraining order was extended because it was not contested. There was absolutely no respondent case so the judge ruled with the petitioner. Of course this was after Terri regained visitation of Kiara.

It is clear you do not care about the facts in the case and will go with your gut. Probably the reason you are no longer an FBI agent (if you ever were. If you were, the screening process left a lot to be desired)

Anonymous said...

Maybe "solved" but not ready to take to court. Never be court ready in 30 days. It's coming along.....

Anonymous said...

Silly anonymous, the court won't allow Terri to be near her daughter.

Anonymous said...

Speaking of a 'stupid' person, you stated "... It was clear at the MFH sting they were FRAMING her ..." Definition of attempting to 'frame' someone: "to incriminate (an innocent person) through the use of false evidence, information, etc."

It was obvious, at least to me, the LE were told by the landscaper that TH did have such a conversation with him and by the (failed) Sting they were hoping to get her to admit to such a conversation. Thus, they could have used any admission by her of that conversation as leverage in an attempt to get her to admit she had knowledge of how Kyron disappeared. Yes, Houze was hired after the failed Sting but the handwriting was on the wall about 3 weeks after Kyron's disappearance that the LE had tunnel visioned on her as the person responsible for his disappearance. Once the LE pulled that (failed) Sting, it would have been of the essence for a lawyer to be hired for her to protect her Rights, since there was no longer any doubt left the LE were convinced she was involved in Kyron's disappearance.

As an aside, I find it both sad and amusing your ignorance of proper manners and respect for another is shown by the statement(s) you directed at True Nelson. This site is True Nelson's and he permits others to post comments on it; yet, you insult the host in his 'own home'.

I may have different thoughts than True Nelson at times; however, I am very familiar with the Intelligence Agencies and the high caliber and well trained people they employ(ed) and they have a 'nose' for sensing when things are not always as they appear to the ordinary layman.

You state when speaking of the restraining order ..."Of course this was after Terri regained visitation of Kiara." What irrefutable proof do you have that what you state above is fact?

Anonymous said...

Thanks 32 beats for posting Stanton's words once again. This statement, for me, has been kind of the core of this case, even though it doesn't give any direct information. You are correct when you ask, why we would be surprised by a murderous stepmom, as in this day and age it seems to be a common everday thing for family to kill their children, step or bio. His words, ["that you'll think about later on when it's over"] has had me thinking since he said it. A cult, a coven, child trafficking for many seedy reasons, secret child slave work force, even in the USA, underworld adoptions etc. etc.??? What would surpirse us, what would make us think about it later, after it is all over? Where is Kyron?

Anonymous said...

If they were trying to frame her she would have been framed - period. There was no trying - they tried their hand at something to get that maniacal monster to tell them where Kyron was - so I do not view it as a failure - just LE trying to move the search forward. The monster took the advice of her friend DS and got a high priced attorney and then started hiding. I wish LE was more agressive to be honest. Look at those Powell children killed recently - they should NEVER have been left with that father - there needs to be stricter laws to protect children.

Anonymous said...

To the poster that says Terri regained visitation with Kiara, that did not happen and the restraining order is more than proof, not to mention the fact that Terri withdrew her petition for visitation. She does not have contact with her daughter or husband. True you hit spot on about what a mother does for her children. There would be nothing nor no one in heaven or hell that would stop me from pleading for my child, doing anything that I could to keep that childs name in public and medias eye. A mother fights for her children to her dying breath. Terri has done absolutely nothing for Kyron. For all of you that support Terri, sure she has the right to legal representation, sure she doesn't have to speak, sure she can hide at her parents house, but bottom line is, her actions are incongruent of a mother. There are way too many coincidences for them to be a coincidence. BTW when treating a toddlers earache without getting a prescription from a doctor, motrin or tylenol fit the bill until the child sees the dr, that first Freddy Meyers must have had a mob of parents with sick kids that day to be all out of childrens motrin and/or tylenol. Wonder why Terri didn't make it back to Skyline that fateful day to take pics of the talent show, or pick up Kyron's project using Kaine's truck. If something so horrid ever happened to my children or step children, I don't think that I could sleep, eat, or function very well, let alone sex relations with my husbands friend and taking nude pics. Those thoughts wouldn't cross the mind of loving compassionate mothers. There is no reasonable explanation for it, none. I most certainly hope a resolution comes this year, it feels terrible to even write that, but let's face it, LE hasn't said squat

32beatspersecond said...

Amen to that -
why Josh wasn't shackled as soon as his son drew that picture of his mom in the trunk is a complete mystery. The Judge should be held accountable for the fathers actions at least in a Civil suit. That social Worker had no business approaching that home without a Police escort - let alone those boys being in the company of that guy at all. When his son called him out on the night in question there should have been immediate protections put in place just as any witness would receive.

True, could you please comment on the fact that so many strangers (people not related to Kyron) have inserted themselves into this care (and other missing children cases?) Many of them take it as a personal assault that anyone would disagree with them, and they fight among themselves over which side is "right". If you look at the Facebook "Anti-Terri Horman Page" and the "Terri Horman Support Group", on each side you have people completely obsessed with this case to the point that they seem mentally unstable. They post morning, noon and night, photoshop pictures of Terri and Kyron to "prove" their point, and engage in other abnormal behaviors. It goes far beyond obsession. What is it about missing kid cases that attracts this element, and what sort of personality engages in these types of behaviors? To those of us on the outside, it's fascinating and repulsive at the same time. Thanks for any insight you can give.

Hello True,
I have been lurking and reading and wanted to respond to your post. I'll post your beginning statements "in parenthesis" and respond after for simplicity.

"The most significant development..."
Could it be not that it is drastic action where you make it sound like she is guilty, but rather the judge seeing the validity of constitutional rights and the obvious attempt by the LE to circumvent and violate Terri's rights using a civil case proceeding?

"As I understand it, Terri Moulton Horman remains a virtual prisoner ..."
Where do you get your information from? It is your understanding? Does she not have the ability to leave town, the country if she chose to do so?

"I know some of you are very defensive of Terri..."
Yes, I am defensive of Terri because she has been accused of something without any proof, only rumors and emotional responses by people. It is no doubt a sensitive and upsetting subject to have a child missing, but since you are previously in LE, where is your presumption of innocence? I am defensive because it affects ALL of our rights and when we deteriorate our society to such an extent that we decide to basically publicly hang someone before they have even been named a POI, suspect or otherwise. "Something that does not ring true". This sounds like a gut feeling to me, not factual basis. You have decided to get a rope and hang her. I dare say if this was a family member of yours, perhaps your own daughter or niece, you might have a different viewpoint. Why is Terri not afforded her constitutional rights without damnation, yet Freedom of Speech is able to take precedence and destroy a woman who could be innocent?

"If Terri is truly innocent..."
So an intelligent man such as yourself who has undoubtedly seen many awful things in their career thinks that one who is publicly being accused of a MFH and the disappearance of her stepson should NOT hire an attorney? What do you think would have happened if they didn't attempt that poorly constructed "sting" operation? She may very well be speaking with the DA and they are the ones who blew it. Just because she hired an attorney doesn't mean they can't speak to Terri, they have to go through Steve Houze. You need to ask YOURSELF if the LE hasn't pursued that option, why?

"I don’t know how long this will continue..."
You don't know why they are mute yet you condemn Terri for having a lawyer? Why not question their silence instead. Maybe they are mute because they publicly admitted they "lost" documentation and files, didn't secure the school and we find out later because proper protocol wasn't followed by the school. No badges. Whoops. Doors open. Whoops. School landscaper since unattended kids near where he was trying to mow and hoped that they didn't come down. Whoops. Sounds like the school is the one with the 3 strikes and it's out. The focus needs to be back on finding Kyron and not continuing to tunnel vision. That hasn't worked for 20 months. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result." Einstein

Our system is not perfect, but let's at least give it a chance to work before we crucify a mother who has not been given her day in court, and may never get one.

I just want Kyron to appear alive. I check on updates about Kyron hoping that he would be found alive, but that has yet happen. Terri and her friend seems like they are covering up something. I also believe she had a MFH on her husband. With the telphone tracking her and her friend I think there should have been an arrest. I just pray Kyron is ok. Just as I pray for Haleigh Cummings she been missing for three years. This child had no chance with drug addicts. I can't begin to think about Cayle Anthony without getting sick to my stomach. The poor innocent children will they ever get Justice?

I was driving home from Southern Oregon to Salem this weekend, and as usual I look for the Kyron billboard that is perfectly placed on I-5 as you drive through Terri Moulton Horman's home town of Roseburg. To my extreme disappointment, this billboard is no longer there. In it's place is an advertisement for the billboard company. We need to get the Kyron billboard back up. It is coming up on the 2 year anniversary of Kyron's disappearance and his presence in the public eye is dwindling. We need to put the pressure on Terri and on law enforcement to move forward with an arrest. Let's raise the money to get the Kyron billboard back up in Roseburg! Email me at wennev02@yahoo.com if you are interested in supporting this cause.

If, as law enforcement states, we will be surprised and disturbed by what we may discover upon further "discoveries" in this case, I'm curious to know if they believle that Terri Horman could have been devious and vengeful enough to have "sold" this child to a pedophile or child pornography organization? That disturbing premise has crossed my mind numerous times since Kyron disappeared; especially in relation to her sexually-charged Internet postings in the weeks following his disappearence. She, obviously, knew her way around around the more "nafarious" purposes of the Web. I would think that learning more about this woman as the initial weeks progressed would have prompted the Portland Police to explore this avenue more fully than they apparently did. Could her disappearance for a short time on that fateful day be connected to her possible meeting with some pervert to "deliver" this poor child to him or her? I just CANNOT understand why there wasn't more intense and continued investigation and interrogation of this woman from the outset! I, too, think of Kyron often, and have spent more than a few nights whispering a prayer that the Lord will keep him in his care and that, someday, his parents are granted the knowledge of knowing what really happened to their little boy.

I looked for any updates on Kyron and found this page. I am so saddened to hear that this little boy has still not been found. It has been almost TWO YEARS! This Stanton gent that has been referred to here..I too find it unbelievable that he could make a statement like that and never EXPLAIN exactly what he meant? I DON'T think I'd find it unbelievable to learn that Kyron was sold to some perverted element out there..the stepMONSTER couldn't do anything that would surprise me! Isn't it sad that it's always AFTER SOMETHING HAPPENS that laws are put into place? In Kyron's case I don't think that law would have helped anyway because he WAS at school that morning and I truly believe the stepMONSTER deliberately confused the teacher as to when Kyron's doctor appointment actually was. No need for the school to call Kyrons home to report his absence..his stepMONSTER told the teacher he would be with her! Sociopaths/psychopaths LIE like the rest of us breathe. They have NO conscience..no care about ANYTHING(except THEMSELVES)EVER. Trust in karma.

I remember these statements as well, and I still wonder what was meant by them. It seems LE should have done much, much more in the beginning.

The Parents of Kyron sould not jump to conclusions as they have. They should be a bit more objective. The reason why is that the School , itself, was completely neglectful of child welfare the day Kryon was lost. LOST? Yes. Something was wrong at that school. The kids coat and knap sack were sitting in his home room classroom as reports say most of the day and no one noticed he was missing. Really? Before the statue of limitations runs out the parents should or should have excercised their right to sue the hell of Portland Public Schools because the theory of school negelect is about as good as the step mother being involved in some crazy kidnapping plot. It seems that the whole theater of this case was for public stonewalling on the issue of school responsibility to take care of children charged to them for the day.

Anonymous said...

To The parents of Kyron. Sue the hell out of the school district for neglect before the statue of limitations runs out. There is at least an equal chance that the school is responsible for not minding children delieved to the premises of the school, It is hard to believe that everyone is in such solidarity with the school considering that two staff people or teachers say they saw Kyron leave the school with the step mother but a child , one of the kind that never lies, said that Kryon went downstairs to see an electric experiment. Hey I believe the boy Kryons age and not the goons working for the school. If they saw the kid leave with step mother than why have the big search circus around the school for a number of days and not around the Horman home etc? Everything in this case points to a police assisted school cover up. Be objective and stop believing what is written up in the paper and repeated by the local tv stations. Look at the so called gardner who says the step mother had a murder for hire plot going. does he look like the gardeners i know who have lean excercised bodies. NO. Does this person have any credibility necessarily? why should he other than knowing the step mother. Why should the step mother want to bother killing her husband if she has enough money to hire the best lawyer in town when she could have taken her husband to the cleaners in a divorce with a high priced devorce lawyer instead? I even wonder if there is not something suspicious about the father of kyron and his ex wife living down I-5 because they have not filed any neglect charges against the public school system that clearly was not doing its job that day Kyron dissappeared. When a teacher sees a kids things sitting on his chair in his home room class, were talking about a 7 year old, and never bothers to report to anyone that he might be missing something usually is considered wrong in the school. I don't get this except to think that the parents have things to cover up and so does the school. Even more remarkable is how a registered sex offender was commander of the big search that went on for tthe boy.

The school is not negligent if Terri told them she was taking Kyron to a doctor's appointment. Here's the logical way to break this down:

1) Terri apparently told (or insinuated, or hinted) Kyron's teacher that she was taking him to the doctor that morning.

2) THEREFORE, the teacher was not alarmed when Kyron was not in the classroom later that morning.

I don't know how to put it more plainly. This was obviously part of Terri's plan to deflect blame for the crime onto the school, and away from herself. She proved this in her own words: "The teacher thought I said I was going to take Kyron with Kitty for a doctor’s appt. I said I was going to look at other exhibits - how do you mess that up?"

I tend to ignore any comment in which Kyron is repeatedly referred to as "Kryon" - this tells me a lot about how closely this person has been following the case. Besides, the post has Terribot written all over it:

1) Blame the school AND the police
2) Throw Desiree, Kaine, and/or Tony under the bus
3) Insinuate having insider information - like the landscaper's physique
4) Make Terri look innocent as a lamb

Yawn. They are going to have to work harder if they don't want to be so damned obvious. After two years of reading their drivel, it is easy to spot.

Terri Horman had a helper. There was a hand-off sometime very soon after she left the school with Kyron. Her accomplice is not Dede Spicer for the hand-off although she is more than likely involved.
I will always be baffled that this case was not solved in the first 48 hours. Since I don't know the facts like any of us outside, looking in. I will not blame the investigators who were task with this. Terri is obviously very clever. very clever. I also believe she used her cell phone in such a manner as to lead the investigation on a wild goose chase and this is where Dede may have helped. JMO. And God bless Kyron's family and God rest his soul.

This image has haunted me: At the beginning of the school year (September, after Kyron went missing), I saw a little boy at that school, who resembled Kyron. I did report this to the police...did anyone check it out??? Of course it has been over a year and a half now, so thats a lot of time thats gone by. Maybe he was stashed in someone else's care. Small children are so vunerable, and can believe what adults tell them. Maybe his name was changed? Who knows, but I pray Kyron IS alive and not being sold/used in some way. I regret not finding this site sooner, because seeing this little guy, and thinking that he looked exactly like Kyron, has been stuck in my mind/gut.

Here is my 2 cents. I think Law enforcement were lead down a path that even surprised them as they investigated this. I know law enforcement has one chance to try her and will not move till their ducks are in row. I Think they are waiting for Terri to think she has gotten away with it and slips up and they will be there like white on rice. Do I think Terri is innocent absolutely not. I think she knows alot and could shed alot of light on what happened and quite possible bring closure but she has no reason to help anyone but herself. Yes she is all about herself. IF Terri were innocent it would have already been proven that she was. It has not ...that speaks volumes. Terri is in a mess of her own making if she wants out the truth will set her free or at least answer most if not all of our questions.(if she is not it will not). She needs to come clean with what she does know as do all the parties involved. So the crime can be solved.( it maybe that she does not have all the details or things have progressed past her knowledge or with out her knowledge but she needs to be up front about her part and lead LE to those who can further the investigation.I believe Terri loves the spotlight and will cling to this for as long as possible.I think LE does not want to make a plea deal here they want to see justice is brought swifly for those involved and maximum sentences handed out. They want I's dotted and T's crossed and a case so air tight a nun's butt could not break it.

I pray that's this little guys makes it home. How does someone just disappear??? I have two boys and this is such a disappointment. We all need to work together and get him home. :(

I pray that what is hidden in darkness will be brought to light, and that those responsible for Kyron's disappearance will be brought to justice. If Kyron is still alive somewhere on this Earth, may God intervene and move mountains to bring him back home to his Mom, Dad and Step-Dad, immediately. To God be the Glory for the end of this nightmare.

I would have this dream about Kyron for the longest time after he went missing. The dream went like this. I would fall into a peaceful sleep and kyron would grab my hand and tell me to wake up it's time to go. He would lead me by hand through a wooded area. It was dusk and cold. I could see my breath. We would end up at the entrance of a long dark brick tunnel. We would get half way down and he would disappear. I would call for him but no answer. I I would continue walking down the long cold hallway. I came to a tall metal door with a window my height and when I looked into the window I could see him. I banged my hand on the door to get his attention and finally he would say to me" I can't leave until I behave "I would cry and shake the door knob and say please kyron open the door so we can go home. Then he was gone. I don't know what to make of this. Maybe someone can help me.

I can help I hope. I don't believe that kyron is gone. I saw him shortly after he was abducted. Yes he was kidnapped, yes he was taken across state line, and yes he was in a white pickup but not with terri. He was with a lady with almost shoulder length wavy dirty.blonde hair. He was wearing the same clothesas they showed on tv. Maybe terri had something to do with it, maybe not. But it wasn't terri he was traveling with, dede spicer was with him.
